HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER
Rejuvenation Support Services - Empowering Communities
Adjusting and finding a sense of normal can be challenging after being incarcerated. Rejuvenation Support Services understands that and offers a wide range of services and access to resources to help you or a loved one make the transition and successfully reenter the community as a contributing member.
To become a member, you…
- Have had contact with the judicial system,
- Have a background that is creating barriers to success
- Are willing and able to work
- Are willing to commit to a long-term process (18 months or more)

The first step to enrolling in the Rejuvenation Support Services Program is to complete an intake form. Contact us for more details on this process. Members must have valid identification, social security card and proof of criminal history.

Each month, Rejuvenation Support Services conducts a 60-minute orientation that will cover all of the details of our process, what is expected from our members to ensure your success, and what you can expect from us.
