Charles Carter is a dedicated and passionate advocate for students with a background in education for over 23 years. He has served in the Navy and Army for over 29 years reaching the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. His international experiences are an asset to rejuvenation Support Services Inc..

He is a volunteer in the community and advocates for its members. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Rejuvenation Support Services, Inc. Board of Directors.

Charles Carter's commitment to education for over 23 years has given him the experience to serve on the board. As a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity , he mentors others and serves in the community. Charles is currently serving as an Assistant Principal in Durham Public Schools while serving in the Army Reserves. 

He teaches diversity classes to teachers across the nation. He has made a significant impact in the field of education, the community and Army. He firmly believe in the power of positive change and empowering individuals in need.

As a member of the Board, Charles is dedicated to contributing his expertise to guide and shape the strategic direction of Rejuvenation Support Services, Inc. He is enthusiastic about supporting the organization's mission to imrove healthcare outcomes and is excited to be a part of the transformation initiatives that will positively impact the lives of second chance inmates and homeless individuals.

Charles holds a bachelor of Arts in ElementaryEducation and a Masters in Educational Leadership and is known for hs compassion to change the lives of others an provide leadership. 

He is committed to community empowerment and enjoys volunteering at the church and in the community. He enjoys spending time with his family and international travel. He is an invaluable asset to the Rejuvenation Support Services, Inc. team.
