Operations Coordinator
Daymond Lindell, M.A.
In service to others, Daymond C. Lindell, M.A. serves as the Operations Coordinator on the Board of Directors for Rejuvenation Support Services, Inc., where he provides strategic leadership and operational oversight to ensure the organization functions efficiently and effectively in fulfilling its mission to empower justice-involved individuals, veterans, and those in recovery.
Daymond currently serves as a Career Coach at Forsyth Technical Community College, where he acts as a liaison for Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools. In this role, he helps students and families discover, pursue, and realize their professional and academic capabilities and pathways. His work bridges education, workforce readiness, and community partnerships—skills that directly support the operational goals of Rejuvenation Support Services, Inc.
With a Master of Arts degree and a passion for helping others reach their potential, Daymond brings expertise in mentorship, career development, and program coordination. His insight and leadership contribute to the organization’s continued growth, sustainability, and commitment to transforming lives through opportunity, structure, and support.
