Michelle Caldwell is a devoted mother and grandmother, deeply rooted in both family and community. As a retiree, a focus on empowerment and reintegration remains important.

Michelle holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems from Winston‑Salem State University and an M.A. in Human Family–Marriage and Children Counseling from Liberty University. Her education equips her to lead with both insight and empathy.

As a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, Michelle has held multiple leadership roles within her chapter. Her dedication to service, mentorship, and community uplift reflects the principles she embodies and brings to every initiative she supports.
