Director of Mentorship & Development

Munirah Razzak brings a wealth of administrative and community experience to her role as Director of Mentorship & Development on the Board of Directors for Rejuvenation Support Services, Inc. Her professional journey reflects a deep commitment to service, organization, and personal growth.

Munirah has served as Office Manager at Winston-Salem State University (WSSU), where she provided essential operational and administrative leadership to support faculty, staff, and students. She also previously worked with Experiment in Self-Reliance (ESR), a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals and families to achieve self-sufficiency—an experience that strengthened her passion for helping others overcome barriers and reach their potential.

A graduate of Business School, Munirah successfully completed her studies with a focus on management and professional development. Her educational background, combined with her hands-on leadership experience, allows her to effectively design and oversee mentorship initiatives that align with the mission of Rejuvenation Support Services, Inc.

As Director of Mentorship & Development, Munirah leads efforts to cultivate meaningful mentor relationships, guide personal and professional growth among program participants, and foster a culture of continuous learning and empowerment.
