Vickie Henry-Hughes is a retired public school administrator and lifelong advocate for education, empowerment, and second chances. With over 30 years of experience working with middle and high school students, she has dedicated her career to guiding, mentoring, and uplifting those facing academic and personal challenges. As she often says, “It’s in my DNA to assist struggling and challenging individuals.”
Vickie’s passion for helping others extends beyond the classroom. She has spent much of her community service career connecting individuals and families to critical resources that improve their quality of life and promote long-term stability. Her unwavering belief in the power of support, opportunity, and education continues to inspire her service.

Vickie maintains accurate and detailed records of meetings, decisions, and business transactions. She ensures transparency, organization, and accountability in all Board communications.
Vickie is a proud graduate of Morgan State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology. She also holds two Master’s degrees from North Carolina A&T State University—one in Biology Education and another in Education Administration.
In addition to her educational leadership background, Vickie has served for more than 25 years as the CEO and Owner of Zenith Real Estate Connections, where she combines her passion for service with her business expertise to help individuals achieve homeownership and financial stability.
Vickie is committed to sharing her knowledge, leadership, and experience to strengthen the mission of Rejuvenation Support Services, Inc., and to help make it the leading organization of its kind in the region.
